Question by Skeeter Bug: My Face Just Won’t Clear Up. Help?
Okay, so I am fourteen, obviously in the teen hormonal period (lol). My face probably first started getting breakouts in maybe… the summer before seventh grade? (Age 12, going on 13 I think) I used to always have it plastered in my head that if I cleaned my face twice a day, then I wouldn’t get acne.
My older sisters always had acne too (both stopped by going on the pill, because of ‘too heavy flowage’ haha, it runs in the family so I bet I will too later in HS) but until then I need some help. My sister that’s 2 years older than me is lucky because she doesn’t wash her face consistently and doesn’t have very much acne AT ALL.
Products I’ve used: Purpose, Velocity, Purpose (again), Biore Ice Cleanser, Dermalogica Clean Start. I have oily skin, but clean my face twice a day, if I go to a friends house, I bring pads. I haven’t forgotten to wash it in like… a year maybe? But why do I still have it! Any tips or tricks?
PS: I have those bumps on my forehead, bumps around the bridge of my nose, clear on the cheeks, and acne around my mouth. I know that basically spells out Combo skin, but I’ve been using masks and everything and I’m sick of it! I think some might be about my pillow case, (side sleeper) but I started sleeping on my back. I drink water (I track my meals and water on MyNetDiary) and am in shape. I’m vegetarian, but that has nothing to do with it because it hasn’t changed my face since I did it. Also, my light foundation isn’t the problem, because I went with out it and nothing changed.
Oh, and none of that common advice “Drink water, clean twice a day, Don’t touch your face, no makeup” Because I do 1,2,3, and am aware of 4, but it’s not the problem. I NEVER SLEEP IN MY MAKEUP! And don’t wear it except for school and outtings.

No one I asked recommended proactive nor liked it, especially my sisters. I’m only allergic to dust mites, I didn’t recently get 60 needles in my back for nothing.

Lok, Tersely, and Sophie are all experimented on at the Organization.
Once, she brings back a photo album for Sophie.
Lok calls her mean things and she tells him he doesn’t know the full situation.
she goes into an elevator, stops it in the middle, uses a move to block the camera’s view, and i think she cries, but she feels regret.
dante doesn’t know how she feels about her anymore.
at the casterwill library, many books are missing, among them, the 2 casterwill tombs of dark and light. later it is found that dante took them for power to save his friends and is slowly turning DARK because of it.
Zhalia and Lok are thoughtseekers or something, able to use their spells without saying them
out loud. when she goes to her little room, it is dark. she throws her keys but don’t hear them fall, an dthen makes the mistake of walking into the room, where she uses bolt flame or something and asks who the fuck is there. it is dante, who kisses her and knocks her out.
he saves Lok and Sophie who at first protest her there, but he says that she left him alive.
it turns out that he fought Professor and won, using a different Caliban as zhalia took all of his titans when she ‘killed’ him , who bonded with her.
he took his back from her while she slept.
he gave her the other one, though, who shared it’s memories of the fight with professor with her in a dream.
he has a dark hunger that can cause him to go in a rampage or have lust or something as Rassimov or someone, teaseS, “A touch on miss.moon could lead up to something more. who knwows, you might even enjoy it,” trying to get a reaction, which is what happens when Dante yells, “SHUT UP!”
towards the end, Dante says something like, “God, of Course i want to stay with her.” because he can’t.
PLEASE help! I’ve been searching for days…
that’s all I really remember, sorry.

^My explanation of what has happened between us is above.
Everyone was very helpful but I’ve tried to follow everyone’s advice but it still has not worked out well. In fact things went from bad to worse to awkward to horrible.
In case you didn’t want to read the 3 paragraph explanation basically I have always been a great friend and one of my close friends has been rude to me over the past few weeks (even if she says its sarcasm, it isn’t because there is a fine line between being obnoxious and rude and being sarcastic),she went over the line,I called her out on it because I was sick of it,she tells me I am the one with attitude,we argue more,I tell her I wanted to talk to her face to face later but she ignores/avoids me,I sent her a nice text message and tell her that I wanted to call it truce on her b-day, and she ignores me more.
Since then,she has been telling people that she didn’t like me (in fact she told one person that she HATED me). To make things worse we both share the same group of friends so we almost always end up close together.It’s horrible and very awkward. One thing she is trying to do is getting everyone on her side even though that will not work because her history of being mean/rude to others is far more expansive than mine (in fact,mine is practically non-existing)-and not trying to be immature but I’m pretty sure our friends favor me more over her. To top things off,we are both running for the same office for our school’s honor society!! I hate this argument because it is starting to become more immature like typical teenage/middle/high school drama. I wanted us to just “hug and makeup” but obviously she did not want that and has now created this mess of a fight! It is really stressing me out and is draining me.
What should I do?? I have pretty much talked to her as less as possible (she will barely talk to me anyway) but I do not want to seem immature or come across as if she intimidates me because that is NOT the case. Should I confront her? Or should I just wait for her to blow over? I have honestly not done anything to her and she is making it seem as if I am the one at fault other than tell her how I felt about her being rude to me.
Also,I know this sounds kind of bad. But there is a small part of me that wants us to be friends or at least acquaintances again because I hate being enemies with people.We have also been very close for a long time and it hurts that this our friendship has crumbled apart over a argument in lunch.
Please help! I really appreciate your answers. At this point I feel almost helpless.

If we do move on, how should I act/treat her when we do end up in a situation when we are together (which is like 3 times a day). Should I just completely ignore her. Sort of acknowledge her or what?

She sounds TOXIC…You have to “let someone go” when they are upsetting you and being sarcastic…because that is NO friend. She is draining you and stressing you out…That is not a friend…I would just go the OPPOSITE way and NOT look at her. She sounds like she is making your life miserable…that is no friend. Try to put on a smiling face but do not look at her…
Also, you can’t make a person do what they do not want to do…such as “hug and makeup.” She does not want that. i am truly sorry.
If anyone asks you about her later…Just say..”Oh we have moved on.” Do not go into detail.
She is even making up lies telling people it is your fault…BLAME, BLAME…Eventaully the friends will see what she is doing. Let her be…That is really the best thing for you! You have to do what is best for you.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year, and are in a serious relationship. Towards the beginning of our relationship, he was very insecure and thought he was very unattractive. I do some part time modeling, and women have never found him very attractive since he was “plain” and has bad acne, so he felt insecure. However, to me his is the most gorgeous man alive, with an incredible personality.
But lately, he has been acting almost very cocky, like he is the most gorgeous man alive. I’ve always complimented him alot, and he almost never compliments me now.
Is it a bad idea to compliment one’s man too much? I was so surprised last night, when I was talking he basically told me he wanted to go to bed and that ” you have to understand that we’re done talking for today”. What?!
I know for a fact that he’s not cheating, as we are always together at our college and even now.
During the school year he gets much more attentive and affectionate, especially when we are in public. I do get alot of attention at school, and had quite a few “suitors” The only time he got hit on was at a party where he was dancing drunk, and a drunk girl asked him “what are you doing?”
Please help. I love him and I just feel like he’s gotten a little full of himself, and I want to know how to stop it.
We’ve talked about it, but bringing it up makes me seem insecure, and I’m glad he has self confidence!!, but this is getting old.

right, i’m now in my mid 40s and i seem to be struggling even more now than when i was younger!
my foundation just never seems to look right – i don’t wear it all the time, but when i do i’d like it to look natural.
i’ve tried damp sponge, dry sponge, fingers, moisturiser, face base and so on. it’s ok on my cheeks, but the centre on my face it doesn’t seem to “stick” right (forehead, nose and chin).
its like the skin is different and i don’t know how to get the same look down the centre as i have on the outside!
i just want to look tidy with an even skin tone 
)

try rubbing it in after you apply it, Or try a Mousse kind of Foundation…Are you sure you have the right skin color?

Okay,i will put it simple,it is the way i greeted my friend today “hey baby” well he did the usuall,he got upset….i told him i was sorry and is there any way i can make it up to him,told me “no” and so i told him i felt really bad for saying that and asked him to please forgive me,he said he will consider it,does that mean im good to go,and he’s not upset anymore?

Their is this guy i was/am talking to we hang out all the time eat lunch together & we’re always flirting. & right before our argument we had gone on a sort of date & he didn’t make out which we’ve already don he just pop kissed him smiled & toward the end garbed my hand & he even walked me with his hand around me to my car.But then we had an argument; something happened & i found out so i was super cold with him for two weeks but only because he was acting the same way & he still doesn’t know that i know what he did. He confused what he did to my best friend & he felt horrible according to my best friend & didn’t know how to tell me. So i guess he just was gonna ignore me. So i ended up deciding to call him & I asked him what was wrong why he had changed & he’s like everything will go back to the way it was & i said it doesn’t have to just don’t ignore me. (i sort of hoped it did go back though) Well we ended up going out this weekend he kept teasing & he teased me today as well but i didn’t kiss him. He flirts with me gives me attention & everything & while am in softball practice & he’s in his practice i sometimes see him staring or if not my friend tells me he does(he still does”he did it today”) He always looks at me & when i look back he smiles we eat lunch daily at school & we always flirt. But he use to text me like crazy & he doesn’t anymore. he use to tell me “text me or i’ll text you” even though he was the one to always text me. I really don’t understand him??!!! Does he like me???? But at the same time i don’t want a bf right now nor does he want a gf & lately more than ever my ex been crossing my mind a lot & i sort of miss him. & what he did with his ex was he slept with her they sort of had this thing that they just saw each other for sex. He likes you. I think he stopped texting you because you haven’t initiated the text. That is what he is waiting for. I’m sure you both can compromise on keeping a close friendship, but not being in a relationship.
He could have changed his mind on the kissing thing, but depending on how long he has known you/dated you, he could have thought it was the right time to kiss you, but he was wrong. He wasn’t sure about ending this with you because the same thing could happen or that the friendship could be ruined, its hard to say from my point of view.
