Jo Malone – French Lime Blossom (my favorite from this brand is Orange Blossom if u like cirtus scent). The scent does not last long; need to reapply every 4 hours or less. Question by : Sensitive eye mascara for contacts?
Okay so I recently went to the eyedoctor and after many tests he discovered that my makeup was getting trapped in my contact causing irritation. It made my pupil damaged and now I have to wear glasses for a week…sigh. He recommended that I get better makeup. Im thinking the reason this is happening is because of my mascara. So, long story shortish, I need a super safe mascara, one that maybe you have tried and really liked. I know lots of drugstore mascaras say “safe for contact wearers” but those always irritate me too. Just please answer from personal experience.

P.S. I do NOT want to hear “i don’t get it….duuurrr….mascara doesn’t go in your eye…” Um, when you blink little particles get into your eye. So yeah.

Bare Escentuals is my favorite mascara Plus it has been professionally tested for contact wearers
I wear freshlook contacts and this hasn’t irritated me at all.

Blinc Kiss Me Mascara & Lancome Hypnose has been tested to be suitable for contact lens wearers, and sensitive eyes. I haven’t tried these yet though.
